Saving the endangered Kordofan giraffe in Northern Cameroon
An appeal for £1500 (US $2000) for equipment to support research into and conservation of the Kordofan giraffe
​The northern African Kordofan giraffe population has declined more than 80% in the last 35 years. WWA is raising funds for the purchase of a Canon telephoto lens, solid state drive and walkie talkies to assist BEDD to collect, store and share data as they monitor giraffe populations and actively engage local communities within northern Cameroon's conservation landscape.

WWA seeks to raise US$2000 to cover the purchase and supply of trail cameras and equipment for the Shoebill-Watch Uganda project
​The iconic Shoebill is listed as Vulnerable on the IUCN Red Data List for birds, with a small declining population across all of its range. Shoebill-Watch Uganda is a NPO whose aim is to conserve and create awareness about the Shoebill (and other birds) and their habitats, and to help ensure associated eco-tourism livelihoods for local people.

​The African golden cat is Africa's least known wild cat species and is only found in the forests of equatorial Africa. Embaka is an NPO seeking to conserve this beautiful species across its range through community-led conservation and scientific monitoring. WWA is raising funds to purchase SD memory cards and batteries for their 60 trail cameras.

WWA Ongoing Appeal: A Special Fund set up to cover equipment and medical costs for Namibian wildlife veterinary services
The Namibia Vet Fund is a specially dedicated conservation fund established by WWA to reimburse the costs of surgical equipment, disposable medical materials and drugs to veterinarians in Namibia when they carry out conservation and wild animal welfare work in the field - free of professional charges.
